· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
· Additional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Operations Management are a plus
· several years of experience in project management, operations, or manufacturing, preferably in an international industrial environment
· Strong background in localization, insourcing, or production network optimization projects
· Knowledge of CAPEX processes, business case development, and financial evaluation for industrial investments
· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, automation, and process improvement methodologie
· Effective communication skills – ability to convey complex topics concisely to various audiences
· Resilience & adaptability – thrives in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
· Willingness to travel frequently (over 50%) to coordinate localization efforts across regions and divisions
