Key User Controlling (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Translates functional business requirements into technical system requirements (change requests) while managing and optimizing controlling-specific processes such as monthly, quarterly, and annual closing, intercompany invoicing, and cost allocations
• Monitors and supports development, testing, and implementation of change requests like IT recharges, R&D allocations, and plan/actual cost center reporting
• Reviews, assesses, and releases documentation of functional system tests (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
• Documentation of business processes and process changes to ensure transparency and efficiency
• Supports the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems
• Act as an expert within the team for core controlling processes and related systems, including the optimization of internal cost allocations and automation initiatives
• Participate in the transfer and implementation of forecasting, planning, and budgeting controlling activities while driving the standardization of existing controlling processes.
• Initiates and develops improvement processes and automation solutions and contributes to their implementation

Your Profile:

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or Information Technology
• Professional experience in controlling, with a focus on technical aspects such as automation, IT implementation projects (S4 HANA) etc.
• Several years of professional user experience and advanced knowledge in SAP and additional functional IT systems (S4, xflow, etc.)
• Professional experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) organization is highly beneficial
• Fluent in English; German language is beneficial

• Assertiveness, hands-on mentality and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong analytical, conceptional, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
• Digital mindset with strong focus on end-to-end business processes
